A LECTURER from City of Glasgow College has been named as a runner-up Chef Lecturer of the Year at the 2014 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards.
Gary Maclean, from Knightswood, has worked at the college for 17 years. He was honoured to be recognised in the competition, which honours individuals who make outstanding contributions to the British food industry.
