award-winning artist Phil Collins is to bring his 'Tomorrow Is Always Too Long' event to Glasgow's Queen's Park.

The event will be held as part of 'My Park' public engagement event next Saturday.

The Common Guild have been holding workshops this summer with a selection of groups who use Queen's Park as a venue for their own activities or employment.

The workshops have allowed participants to learn about each other, to learn about other groups' uses of the park and to learn a new skill.

'Tomorrow is Always Too Long' has been a year in the making, with the artist speaking to people in hospitals, prisons and nursing homes, collecting photographs and stories and materials to create the piece, that tells a story of Glasgow in a way that has never been told before.

It will take place in the Old Rose Garden in Queen's Park.
