A CARE home boss accused of allowing elderly residents to live in filthy conditions has been cleared of all charges.
Ten charges against learning disability nurse Teresa Docherty were found 'not proved' during a hearing of the Nursing and Midwifery Council at London's Old Bailey.
The incidents were alleged to have happened at the Whitefield Lodge Home in Lennoxtown, Dunbartonshire.
The Care Inspectorate was alerted to the allegations by an anonymous phone call.
They related to poor infection control and cleaning, inadequate record keeping and staff supervision and poor management of medication.
At one point East Dunbartonshire Council suspended admissions to the Home after an investigation identified 14 concerns, some of which were upheld.
