A DENTIST whose patients had to be tested for HIV after it emerged he had the virus and tried to hide it has been struck off.
A helpline was set up for patients treated by Harry Robertson at Kelburne Dental Surgery in Paisley.
Mr Robertson, worked at the practice for several years and also covered locum shifts at Nithbank Hospital.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde tested some 10,000 people and no one was found to have caught HIV.
Health bosses are said to have only discovered that Mr Robertson was HIV positive in May last year.
