A MAN who supplied cannabis to two vulnerable 14-year-old schoolgirls in Paisley has narrowly avoided prison after admitting the offence in court.
Paisley Sheriff Court heard how Jason Marty, 46, allowed the teenagers to smoke the drug from a pipe near Beech Children's Home in Hunterhill Road.
He gave a piece of cannabis resin to one of the girls and she handed it over to staff at the children's unit.
Sheriff Robert Fife told Martyn he was able to refrain from a custodial disposal and fine him £300.
