NORTH Ayrshire Council is set to provide more free car parking spaces in Irvine.
The council has pledged to lead the way in giving free parking and easing traffic flow.
A further 130 spaces are to be provided at a car park behind Aldi in East Road and 70 spaces will be created at a car park at Irvine station.
