Say What is your guide into what has been happening in the world of celebrity on social media. Blink and you'll miss a tweet. Scroll too fast and that all important selfie will never dazzle your eyes. Don't panic, as we have this weekly guide on what your favourite celebrities have been up to on social media. Here is what has been happening this week -
Looking sharp
Gymnast Louis Smith proved he has not lost his talent after taking home bronze in the pommel horse finals at the Commonwealth Games. The star took a break from sport and appeared on Strictly Come Dancing last year, but now he is back and ready to compete...in the hair stakes. He joked before competing in the final, "Let's hope my pommels is as sharpe as my hair." And it seems they were. We get wait to see more of Louis, the gymnast.
Recovery for Rutherford
We just adore long jumper Greg Rutherford - he is such a character whenever he competes. He won gold at the Commonwealth Games this week to add to his already extensive medal collection which includes an Olympic gold medal. But even more impressive is the fact he has been dealing with injury in the lead up to the Games. He posted however a post jump selfie saying, "Recovery! My legs are in here somewhere..." You have to hand to these athletes, they do test their bodies to the limits.
Cool like the Fonz
Usain Bolt might have hit the headlines this week over less than commentary comments allegedly said about Glasgow but he seems to be up to his usual shenanigans in the athletes village if this Instagram post is anything to go by. The star hung out with Australian 200m and 400m runner John Steffensen. He said: "Chilling with my boy @johnsteffensen before training always a crazy time #goodfriend #seriousface #glasgow #commonwealthgames." They look too cool for training, we kind want to hang with them. Don't you?
And out of the Commonwealth Games, celebrities continue to indulge us with selfies...
Goodbye long locks
Robbie Savage...he is known for being a footballer, strutting his stuff on Strictly Come Dancing and his trademark blonde ponytail. Not anymore though as the former Manchester United and Leicester midfielder has in fact chopped off his long locks...because he's worth it of course. He has been showing off his new look on social media a lot this week - and we love it. What do you think?
Cole doesn't take his self too seriously
We like that Ashley Cole does not take himself too seriously. This week he retweeted a manipulated photo of himself 'photobombing' a picture of his ex-wife Cheryl and her new husband Jean-Bernanad Fernandez-Versini. The original picture was taken during a training session at new club AS Roma, and we have to say he looks a little bit grumpy in the snap. Since then social media has been filled with images of Cole in other 'awkward' situations like standing next to the England team as they were about to jet of to Brazil. Remember he was left out of the squad. We wonder what 'photobombing' moments Cole will 'appear' in next.
Munch
Jessie J is a girl after our own hearts...The singer posted a picture of her about to get stuck into an In and Out Burger on her official Instagram. We are jealous, looks amazing!
Nails selfie
Us girls like to show off our nails when we have just had them done, don't we? And it seems Jennifer Lopez is no different. The star posted this picture of her bright new nails on Instagram...nice colour JLO!
WOW
So Katy Perry was performing at an event and she posted this picture on Instagram...and now we have major dress envy. How gorgeous is that dress? Lovin' your style Miss Perry!
Sisterly love
Kim Kardashian proved there is no sibling rivalry between herself and younger sister Kendall Jenner as she posed - without any make-up - with a magazine cover featuring the model. We have to say if Kim 'woke up like this' - she still looks good!
