AN EXHIBITION due to be held in Glasgow has been cancelled at short notice.
The Scottish Mother and Baby Show was to be held over three days next month at the SECC.
However, organisers have axed the event, leaving businesses out of pocket.
The firm behind the show - Harris Clyde Events - made the decision last week and a notice was on the Mother and Baby Show website.
Exhibitors, who say they are owed money, are now working to resolve the issues with organisers.
More than 120 stalls had been hired for the event, which was due to start on September 5.
People who bought tickets to the show should be able to get refunds.
A statement on the website said: "Due to circumstances outwith our control, this year's Scottish Mother & Baby Show has been cancelled, regrettably."
