JUDO star Kimberley Renicks has marked her historic gold medal win with a tattoo.
She got a tattoo artist to commemorate her medal, with a colourful Commonwealth Games design.
Kimberley, 26, secured her Scotland's first gold, beating India's Sushila Likmabam courtesy of an ippon in the -48kg weight category.
Her sister, Louise, from Kirkshaws in Coatbridge, also won gold in her Judo weight category.
Kimberley tweeted yesterday: "Guess what I went and got."
She also posted a picture of her new tattoo.
Coatbridge would have been 15th in the medal table if it was classed as a country at the games, thanks to the sisters.
