A BISTRO owner flew into a rage and headbutted a customer who had complained about the number of napkins on the table and not getting a roll with his soup.
Siroosh Bavarsad, 31, was annoyed when he heard Graeme Noble compaining about his establishment, the Clock Tower, on the day it opened.
He snapped after weeks of pressure leading up to the opening day, Glasgow Sheriff Court heard.
Bavarsad, from Hyndland, Glasgow, pleaded guilty to assaulting Mr Noble to severe injury and permanent disfigurement at the Castle Street premises.
Sentence was deferred until next month.
