A SENIOR Labour MP claims the Yes campaign is misleading the public about the health service.
Yes campaigners say the NHS is at risk from private provision in England reducing Scotland's overall budget. Douglas Alexander, campaigning in Glasgow, however, said health was devolved.
He said: "The nationalists tried to mislead the public over the currency, they tried to mislead the public over Europe, and now they are trying to mislead the public over the NHS.
Health Secretary Alex Neil will tell MSPs today that independence is a "golden opportunity" to protect the NHS.
