One of two men accused of raping a 17-year-old girl who was dressed in a French maid's outfit in a deserted country lane has told a jury he has been falsely accused.
Scott Robertson, 25, from Howwood, Renfrewshire told the High Court in Glasgow that the sex was consensual and added: "At no time was she upset. She was enjoying herself."
Robertson and Gary McDougall, 25, from Linwood, deny raping the girl on a farm road near Moss Road, Linwood, on October 29, 2006.
The court has heard the alleged rape was reported to police hours after the incident, but Robertson and McDougall were not charged until two years ago.
Robertson told the court the girl had suggested a threesome and he was falsely accused.
The trial continues.
