A man has appeared in court charged with killing a man who died following an incident at a shop.
Miroslaw Bronowicki, 52, died after the incident at the Tesco Express store on Argyle Street in the Anderston area of Glasgow on Sunday.
Asif Moin, 35, was charged with culpable homicide when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday.
Moin, from Glasgow, made no plea or declaration during the private court hearing, the Crown Office confirmed today.
The case was committed for further examination and Moin was bailed ahead of his next court appearance.
