A FORMER head of UK security services has said SNP security plans are flawed, according to Ruth Davidson.
Ms Davidson referred to an article by Sir David Omand, head of GHCQ in 1996 who said 'cyber security' would be more difficult and more expensive under independence.
Scottish Tory leader Ms Davidson said: "It is becoming increasingly obvious to everyone that the SNP's plans for our defence and security in the event of independence are unacceptably lacking.
"Sir David makes it clear the threat of cyber-attack is growing and the protections we currently have are at risk if we leave the UK."
