Remember when a Cadbury's Freddo bar was 10p?
The pint-size chocolate treat has risen to 25p in recent years - and a lot of people are not happy about it. Mark John Cox, who plays Tam Mullen in Still Game, spotted a classic Only in Glasgow moment when he posted on Twitter this graffiti across from Glasgow Kelvin College in Springburn hitting out at the price change.
If was only a matter of time before the anger in Glasgow re: price of a freddo boiled over. pic.twitter.com/tnqe8nJrSN

@MrMJCox @directhex given inflation, there will one day - maybe in my lifetime - be a £1 Freddo. I don't want to live in that world.

Many have already hit out at the price increase over the years on social media including Clydebank comedian Kevin Bridges.
Appaently Freddos are social media in the 20pence+ club now. School tuck shops now accepting American Express.

25p for a Freddo bar? I remember when they were 10p. I guess he's grown up now, got a wife and kids and a mortgage to pay!

new business plan: make a small chocolate bar in the shape of a teddy, called Teddo, sell it at 10p, loads of custom from ex-freddo lovers

All I want for #BlackFriday is a 10p Freddo bar...
