A SPACE school led by former NASA astronauts has been launched in Paisley.
Mission Discovery Renfrewshire 2015 will see 200 Renfrewshire school pupils take part in a week-long programme working in teams to develop their own space experiment.
The winning concept will be built, launched into space and sent to the International Space Station.
The pupils will be led by a panel of experts including NASA astronaut Stephen Bowen, Jay Honeycutt former director of the Kennedy Space Centre and leading scientists and astrogeologists
