Five Scouts aged between 10 and 13 have been found safe and well after a late-night search in a forest.
The group were reported missing from Craighshiels in the Forest of Ae, Dumfries and Galloway, where they had been walking, at around 10.15pm yesterday.
An RAF search and rescue helicopter, Moffat Mountain Rescue Team and local police officers were called in to search for the youngsters.
The four boys and one girl were found a short time later.
No-one was injured in the incident.
