Outlander star Sam Heughan proved he is in tip-top shape for his role of Jamie Fraser in the hit show - by taking part in a lunchtime spin class.
The hunky actor was spotted in the class at Glasgow's Caledonian University today.
A woman in the class said: "He was just like everyone else and I doubt many people knew who he was.
"I watch the show and love it which is why I spotted him."
Another gym goer said he has been spotted at the Saturday spin class and he uses one of the university's personal trainers.
Heughan shot to fame in the hit Starz show Outlander playing Jamie Fraser. The second season of the show is currently being filmed in Glasgow.
Cast and crew have been spotted in the city's Pollok Country Park filming fight scenes.
Based on Diana Gabaldon's novel Dragonfly in Amber, the second season of Outlander will see Jamie and Claire Fraser continue their story in France aftere their traumatic encounter with Black Jack Randall.
Much of the second book is based in France but the majority of the action still takes place in Scotland.
