A large number of youths were reportedly seen in the area around the time of the incident, which took place between 6pm and 10.45pm.
Meanwhile, the tyres of a silver Subaru Forester car were slashed in the early hours of the morning on September 24.
In a separate incident, vandals scratched an entire side of a black Vauxhall Astra parked in Low Crescent, Whitecrook, overnight between September 25 and 26. A red Audi car was also scratched in Melbourne Avenue at around the same time.
Police are appealing for information and people are encouraged to contact Clydebank Police Office on 101.
