Man killed in hit and run
A MAN was killed during a hit and run attack.
He was struck by the vehicle at around 8pm on Thursday in Comiston Road, Edinburgh.
No further information was available about the type of vehicle involved.
Witnesses have been asked to come forward.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed a "fatal road traffic collision" had taken place in Edinburgh.
She added: "The driver did not stop."
