A Guardian journalist has been given an introduction to Glasgow slang - thanks to Westminister's youngest MP Mhairi Black.
The SNP politician made repeated refererence to "at it" during in an interview with Zoe Williams at the weekend.
Williams said in the Guardian interview, "“At it” – what does that mean?"
Black’s friend and assistant, Declan, explained: “If you’re at it, you’re deliberately doing it, and fully aware, but you’re pretending not to be aware. You get a lot of this in Glasgow – you can’t explain a single word of it but you know exactly what it means.”
Black used the phrase to describe her feelings towards the Conservative Party, among other political players.
