Scottish Labour may have wanted to use a spell checker for their fresh start.

For an official video publicing the political parties 'values' contains a spelling mistake - an hour and a half after the campaign was launched.

The bright and funky video shows the party's attempt to reach out to the youth vote with Kezia Dugdale - referred to as Kez - outling Scottish Labours' values.

But the party has failed by spelling the word generation wrong.

The clip was posted on YouTube today with the quote, "Take a fresh look because Scottish Labour is changing. That's what Scottish Labour Conference 2015 is all about. Watch this video of Kez quotes setting out our Labour values."

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon joked on Twitter, "I hope @scottishlabour have a good conference in Preth! #illgetmycoat #generation."

Perhaps Scottish Labour should have watched the video before posting it public?

The link below is the original video, which the party appear to have made priavte for the time being.

Twitter users, however, were quick to jump on the spelling error pointing out that Scottish Labour had spent the week attacking the SNP's record on education.
