A woman has died after a two-vehicle crash in Fife earlier this week.
The collision on the A914 between Dairsie roundabout and Balmullo on Tuesday involved a grey Mazda 3 and a white Renault Traffic van.
Audrey Thom, 58, from the local area, was a passenger in the car and died from her injuries on Thursday.
Her relatives released a statement today through Police Scotland paying tribute to her.
They said: "Audrey was a much-loved wife, mother to three daughters and very recent granny. She will be sadly missed.
"We ask that our privacy is respected while we come to terms with this tragedy."
The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries. Police are appealing for any witnesses to the crash to get in touch.
Road policing inspector Brenda Sinclair said: "We are still making inquiries to establish the full circumstances of this collision.
"We are asking anyone who was in the area at the time and saw these vehicles or who witnessed the collision to contact us on 101."
