FLOODING and accidents are causing delays for drivers.

Around 12.20pm today police were called to reports of a collision on the Clydeside Expressway near Finnieston.

Two cars were involved but nobody is thought to have been injured.

Traffic is slow moving, and flooding in the area near Finnieston is also causing travel disruption.

Glasgow city council's traffic control management team warned drivers of surface water.

They said the eastbound nearside lane is closed at the Yorkhill overbridge due to flooding, and the outside lane and westbound carriageway is also affected by surface water.

Drivers have been advised to reduce their speed and driver with care.
