Boy taken to hospital after he was knocked down in Newlands
A YOUNG boy has been taken to hospital after he was struck by a car in Newlands.
Police said the boy was hit at 4.30pm in Monreith Road, near to the junction with Langside Road.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said his condition was not known.
She said there was no information on how old the boy was but he was younger than a teenager.
