The Met Office has issued severe weather warnings for Glasgow, with more snow and ice expected overnight.
A yellow warning of ice has been issued for all of Strathclyde including Glasgow, Argyll and Bute, East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, North Ayrshire, North Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, West Dunbartonshire, East Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire.
Starting at 11pm tonight, a mixture of rain, sleet and snow will gradually spread across the area, continuin overnight and during Monday morning.
Ice has been highlighted as the main hazard, with the Met Office urging particular caution from drivers.
Snow could fall on higher ground across the region. Most areas will only see a few centimetres but there could be up to 8cm in some parts of Argyll and Bute, West Dunbartonshire and East Dunbartonshire where a yellow warning of snow has been issued.
The severe wearning warnings remian in place until 11am on Monday morning.
