POLICE have closed a section of road on approach to the Clyde Tunnel after a three-car crash.
The accident happened at 2.50pm on Balshagray Road, southbound on the approach to the tunnel.
It is understood to have involved two cars and a van.
The condition of the drivers and passengers is not known at this time although no one is thought to have suffered life threatening injuries.
One of the cars and the van are said to have been extensively damaged and can not be driven.
The road has been reduced to one lane southbound with drivers advised to expect delays.
