A MAN has been arrested in connection with a serious assault in Dumbarton.
A 28-year-old man suffered stab wounds in the attack in a property in Cumbrae Crescent at around 4am on Sunday.
The victim was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he is in a stable condition.
Police said a 29-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the incident and a report had been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
He is expected to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday.
