A man has been arrested in connection with the death of Glasgow man Paul McCarroll.
Celtic fan Mr McCarroll died after suffering serious injuries in an incident in Westmuir Street early on Tuesday morning.
The dad, who lived on the east end street, was rushed to hospital but died a short time later.
Police say a 45-year-old man has been arrested and is detained in police custody in connection with the death.
He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow morning.
