American songstress Elle King showed off her best Glaswegian accent when speaking about Glasgow Rangers on James Corden's Late Late Show.
The singer, who recently got engaged to Glasgow man Andrew Ferguson, mentioned the Light Blues as she attempted to impersonate her fiancee.
The Ex’s & Oh’s star said out the words ‘Rangers’ and ‘football’ in a broad Glaswegian accent as she tried to explain how hard it is to understand her other half.
She also joked: “I think I love him so much because I can’t understand a word he says – it really works for me.”
31-year-old Andrew, who previously worked for Glasgow's designer retailer Cruise, proposed to his famous girlfriend on a sailboat under the Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco.
Elle, the daughter of Saturday Night Live comedian Rob Schneider, above, posted a picture on her Instagram account after the proposal with the caption: “Fergie asked me to marry him on a sailboat under the Golden Gate Bridge. I said yes.”
Andrew, from Uddingston, said: “I asked this girl to marry me ... Guess what? She said yes.”
