Frank Sinatra Jr, who carried on his famous father’s legacy with his own music career, has died at the age of 72.
Frank’s sister Nancy Sinatra announced the news on Facebook.
She wrote: The Sinatra family mourn the untimely passing of their son, brother, father, uncle, Frank Sinatra, Jr of cardiac arrest while on tour in Daytona, Florida.
“Sleep warm, Frankie…”
The singer had been scheduled to perform at the Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach, Florida, but he became ill in the afternoon and was taken to Halifax Health Medical Centre, local TV station WPTZ reported.
