Zombies have invaded Glasgow city centre- but don't worry it's just for a new movie.
Washington Street is closed until 8pm to allow the filming of low budget horror Zombie Apocalypse.

Today the area was transformed into a warzone as soldiers rampaged down the street dodging fire and the walking dead.
A council spokesman said: “To help promote the film and broadcast industry in Glasgow – which has contributed well over £250million to the city’s economy since it was formed in the late 1990s – our Glasgow film office works with productions to ensure filming goes as smoothly as possible while minimising any impact on residents and businesses.

In 2011, the city centre was taken over for the filming of Brad Pitt's World War Z movie.
