A man has died and another has been injured in an incident at the Queensferry Crossing construction site.
The accident happened at the north tower of the new bridge at 12.20pm today. The BBC has reported that the incident is understood to have involved a crane.

The second man's injures are not thought to be life-threatening.
Police Scotland said they were attending an 'ongoing incident' at the site.
Work on the new crossing has stopped while the incident is investigated.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "We are currently working alongside our partner agencies to investigate an incident on the Queensferry Crossing Bridge that resulted in a man sustaining fatal injuries.
"The call was received around 12.20pm on Thursday and sadly, the man was pronounced dead a short time later.
"Another man on the bridge also sustained minor injuries.
"Enquiries to establish the full circumstances surrounding this matter are ongoing."
The new bridge is due to open at the end of the year.
