A GLASGOW night spot which closed its doors after being banned from selling alcohol by licensing chiefs is to reopen.
The glamorous One-Up venue in Glasgow announced today on Facebook they will reopen after they closed last weekend.
The venue, which is a regular haunt for high-profile footballers and actors, was prohibited from selling alcohol after police accused door stewards of beating a reveller unconscious.

Licensing chiefs called time on the club until they were satisfied staff had completed conflict management training among other requirements.
Today, however, the venue owned by the family of licensed trade kingpin James Mortimer, made an announcement to say they were reopening.
The post on Facebook read: "We are pleased to announce that as of today, One Up is open and operating as usual.
"Customer Safety has always been our priority and our training procedures have been confirmed to be of the highest standard.
"It is our focus to ensure customers receive the experience they have to expect and enjoy."
