LABOUR unveil a new election poster today as the campaign moves into the final week.

Party leader Kezia Dugdale is revealing the message demanding an end to cuts to public services.

Ms Dugdale said the party would be mobilising to speak to tens of thousands of voters in the next five days.

She said: “The choice at this election is absolutely clear. It is between more cuts to vital public services with the SNP and the Tories or increases in spending for our schools and hospitals with Labour.”

She said the difference between Labour and the SNP plans on spending was £3bn more cuts.

Ms Dugdale, campaigning in Edinburgh, said: “Change will only happen if people vote for it and the only party offering real change now is Labour.

“With the SNP’s plans, Scotland faces £3 billion more cuts over the next Parliament. Faced with the choice between using the powers of the Parliament or cutting into Scotland’s future, Labour chooses to use the powers to invest in our public services and stop the cuts.”
