DRIVERS are facing delays after a crash on the M8.
The incident happened today around 12.40pm, leaving one person injured and two lanes closed.
Two vehicles collided in the westbound carriageway at junction 16, Craighall, which caused tailbacks to junction 11, Queenslie.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were sent to the scene but the majority are understood to have now left.
A police spokeswoman said: "Around 12.40pm police received a report of a two vehicle road traffic accident on the M8 junction 16 Westbound.
"Emergency services were in attendance.
"Two lanes were closed but should be fully reopened shortly."
