A WOMAN was freed from a car which overturned in Renfrewshire today.
The incident happened shortly before 1pm today on the B789 Barochan Road near Houston.
Firefighters stabilised the vehicle, which was lying on its side, and used hydraulic cutting equipment to create a flap in the roof and gain access to the motorist.

She was then moved to an ambulance and taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley for treatment for minor injuries.
Crews were sent from Port Glasgow and Johnstone community fire stations in response to a call from police.
