A MISSING Edinburgh man who was thought to be in Glasgow city centre has been found safe and well.
Derek Hain, who stays in the capital's Telford Drive, was last seen within Chalky's nightclub on Picardy Place at around 2.30 am on Sunday, May 1.
The 55-year-old had not yet returned home and hadn't been in contact with friends or family since he disappeared.
Police say he has since been traced in the Manchester area.
A police spokesman said: "Police Scotland can confirm that Derek Hain from Edinburgh has been found safe and well.
"The 55-year-old was traced in the Manchester area at around 3 am on Wednesday, May 4.
"The public are thanked for their assistance during this appeal."
