A WOMAN has been arrested after allegedly assaulting a man in Glasgow's Parkhead.
The 22-year-old man was standing outside a common close at 300 Westmuir Street when a woman approached him and began to speak to him on Friday, May 13 at around 6.20pm.
It is alleged the woman then attacked the man and ran off.
The 22-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he received treatment for lacerations to his face.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "A 20-year-old-woman has been arrested in connection with the incident. "
She is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
