DRUGS worth £120,000 were seized following raids in Cumbernauld.
Police searched three properties in the town and a vehicle in Central Way, plus a vehicle on the M9 on the outskirts of Edinburgh on Wednesday.
Three men, aged 28, 38 and 45, were arrested in connection with the drugs, which are thought to be cocaine and cannabis resin.
Detective Inspector Kevin Jamieson from Lanarkshire Division said: “This was a significant recovery of harmful controlled drugs which were destined for communities across Scotland. Our officers will continue to actively pursue anyone who is suspected of being involved in the supply of controlled drugs, and I would like to thank the public for their ongoing support and assistance in this matter."
