A woman has been airlifted to hospital following a serious crash which has closed the A9 in Perthshire.
The woman was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee after a two vehicle collison in Stanley at around 3.30pm.
The woman's injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
A man and woman who were in the other vehicle were taken to Perth Royal Infirmary with minor injuries.
A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called to a road traffic collision at 2.26pm where a female was trapped in one of the cars.
"The female was extricated from the car at 3.28pm and was taken by air ambulance to Ninewells Hospital."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A man and a woman who were occupants of a Citroen C3 car have been taken to Perth Royal Infirmary for treatment of minor injuries."
