Outlander star Sam Heughan has teased fans with a bloodied picture during the filming of the second series.
The actor shared the picture which shows him caked in blood with his 248,000 Twitter followers.
He wrote: "Day two filming fight sequence for ep10, dazed and bloody...."

The Scottish historical science fiction series has proven to be a smash hit prompting it's Hollywood director to declare his plans to turn the show into a decade long tv series.
He told Historic Scotland magazine: "Things change but our hope is that things will continue and ideally we’ll be doing all the books in the series and there are eight of them so far."
Speaking about reading the books he continued: "By the time I got to the end I thought this is a year of a television show, this could be a series. We could do a series every year. I just got it."
The second season is currently being broadcasted in the UK on Amazon Prime.
