THREE men were attacked by three others after leaving a Glasgow nightclub.

Police said the three left a club in Elmbank Gardens when they were approached and assaulted by three other men as they crossed Bath Street at around 3am.

The attackers then headed towards the Hilton Hotel, next to the M8.

The victims made their way home but one went to hospital the next day for treatment to injuries to his leg.

The first man is described as having brown hair and was wearing an off-white t shirt, jeans and trainers.

The second man had dark hair and was wearing a white shirt and jeans.

The third man also had dark hair and was wearing a white shirt and black jacket.

Detective Constable Stephen Palmer, from Stewart Street CID, said: "This appears to have been an unprovoked attack on a group of men heading home from a night out.

"I would appeal to anyone who recognises the men in the images to contact officers as they may be able to assist with our enquiries.

"Anyone with information can get in touch with officers via 101."
