TOP TV comedy Scot Squad were on the beat in Glasgow city centre as filming got under way for the next series.
Actor James Kirk was spotted in his role of volunteer officer Ken Beattie who is desperate of one day becoming “a real Policeman”.
Filming on the third series of BBC Scotland’s comedy series Scot Squad took place in Sauchiehall Street and Hope Street as the law keepers returned for another arresting mix of comedy and crime.
A Comedy Unit production for BBC Scotland, the new seven-part series, which includes a festive special episode, sees the return of Scot Squad favourites Jack Docherty, Jordan Young, Sally Reid, Darren Connell, and wrestler Grado.
