The summer of 2014 was one of the best Scotland has ever seen.

The Commonwealth Games combined with the run up to the Scottish independence referendum made it a summer to remember.

The Big G sculpture, placed in George Square at the time, was a focal point for Glasgow’s Commonwealth Games - and appeared in countless selfies!
