A young Glasgow woman who was tragically killed in a car crash will be remembered at a charity football match.
Friends and relatives of Gemma McMonagal have organised a fund-raising game in Maryhill, where the 24-year-old lived and worked.
Gemma and pal Kieran, 21, were both killed when his car skidded off Balmore Road, near to Skirsa Street into water in May.
A match has been organised between Arsenal Boy's Club under 21s and a team of friends and relatives called the Gemma McMonagle select.
It is taking place at Maryhill Junior's park on August 7 with a 12noon kick-off and organisers said two Glasgow celebrities had agreed to support the event.

Ellie Wilson, manager of the One O One convenience store in Maryhill is helping to promote the charity match, which was organised by a PE teacher at John Paul Academy, where Gemma was a pupil.
Both Gemma and her mother Lynn worked in the store.
She said: "I've known them both for about seven years. Lynn is more like a friend.
"It was a terrible shock. They are just plodding on, day by day.
"Gemma had a lot of friends who were boys and they just wanted to do something, to keep her memory alive. They feel it's such a loss.
"It was a loss for the whole of Maryhill.
"They've got a couple of celebrities lined up and there will be an event at night in the clubhouse and a raffle.
"The money will go the family. Lynn has two sons left."
Gemma's 24-year-old boyfriend Jason was also in the crash but escaped serious injury.
