POLICE say they are no further forward with their investigations into a missing Clydebank man who vanished six months ago.

Cops have urged the public to come forward with any information they may have on Stuart Clark. 

Anyone was in the vicinity of Dalmuir Square, Swindon Street and Dumbarton Road, Dalmuir between 12.20pm and 1pm on Sunday, January 17 is asked to contact them.

The 59-year-old is described as white, around 6ft 2ins tall, medium build, red hair and beard.

 Stuart also wears glasses and has a distinctive stilted walk.

He is believed to be wearing a dark-coloured waterproof jacket and was carrying a black/grey rucksack.

The image on board the train was captured a short time before Stuart was last seen.

Inspector David Quinn, of Clydebank Police Office, said: “Stuart has now been missing for 6 months and despite extensive police enquiries and searches we have yet to obtain any information regarding his whereabouts.

"This is clearly a distressing time for his family and friends who are concerned for him. If anyone has any information regarding Stuart

"I would urge them to contact Police Scotland at Clydebank Police Office through 101."
