KRISPY Kreme has created 16 new jobs in Glasgow with the launch of its new Silverburn branch.
As announced in the Evening Times, the store will open on Monday, August 8 - and queues are expected to form on the big day.
Ahead of the store opening, the new team members will learn how make Krispy Kreme’s doughnut range and how to provide customers with expert advice on what flavours to choose.
Steph McCrone, is just one of the new recruits.
Steph said: “I’m incredibly excited to be a part of the Silverburn team, particularly after the fantastic reception we have received from the other stores across Scotland.
"It is brilliant that we are able to add value to the area by creating even more job opportunities.
"I have already met some lovely people and we are looking forward to spreading to joy of Krispy Kreme even further.”
Krispy Kreme's Buchanan Galleries branch opened on Friday, July 21 and doughnut fans queued outside for hours ahead of the launch at 8.30am.
Leia Morrison, 23, from Dennistoun, queued outside Buchanan Galleries from 5am to be first in line when the doors opened.
