Is James Martin about to get behind the wheel at Top Gear?
He was being very cagey when grilled about it while presenting ITV’s This Morning.

Discussing reports that Matt Le Blanc has been offered £1 million to return to the motoring show, his co-host Anita Rani turned to him and asked: “Do you know anything?”
James replied: “I’m not saying anything. I’m keeping quiet!”
James would likely be replacing Chris Evans, who quit Top Gear after one series (BBC)
An excitable Anita seemed to take that as an affirmative, asking: “Is this an exclusive?”
Showbiz reporter Rylan Clark-Neal chipped in: “If the opportunity arose to go and join the Top Gear team, would you?”

But James would not be drawn on the matter, replying: “What’s next?”
Hopefully we will all get some answers very soon.
