A man has died after being rescued from the River Clyde on Saturday night.
Police received reports of a man in the water near to the Glasgow Bridge around 10pm.
Emergency services attended the scene and were able to rescue the man before he was taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
The man passed away a short time later.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Around 10pm, police received a report of a man in the River Clyde near the Glasgow Bridge.
"Emergency services attended and the man was rescued from the water and taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary. He later died."
